Navigation is accessible two ways. The car has a built in system that uses AT&T coverage or use Apple/Android play to use Google or Apple maps! Apple/ Android play requires usb connection using the cords provided in the glove box! Sorry that you did not reach out! I am always willing to help! Hope to see you next time!
