Great car and the pickup and drop off process were seamless and very easy. The car is an older model but cosmetically is well maintained.

My family and I rented this vehicle through Turo for a four day trip. While I was driving, the driver's side sun visor unexpectedly fell from the roof onto my lap. I tried reattaching it several times, thinking it might have simply come loose, but it would completely detach from the roof whenever it was pulled down.
Later, my wife lowered the passenger side sun visor to block the sunlight and hers immediately fell off as well. At that point, it was clear the issue wasn't isolated to one visor.
To avoid creating a driving hazard or obstructing our view, we removed both visors and stored them beside the seat for the remainder of the trip then returned them with the vehicle and alerted the host by message.
I'm not sure if the issue is a broken mounting bracket or something else but it should definitely be repaired as it presents a safety concern.

Sorry about that but this specific part keeps breaking as it is just a plastic cover and with the Texas heat it keeps breaking. Although you claim the car has upholstery stains that unfortunately previous guest had done and I can not removed them as much as I keep cleaning them. The car was returned dirty and by a different person not listed and allowed to drive my car, so check yourself first before making claims as you did not followed Turo's guidelines
