An interesting experience to say the very least. The car was not ready upon pick up - one hour late to be exact. There were ants on the floor of the vehicle, but I had thought nothing of it. On the last day of my trip, I discovered a whole farm of ants where the wing doors sit.

The vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before pickup, with no signs of ants at that time. The ant issue was not reported to us until the last day of the rental, after the vehicle had been in the guest’s possession throughout the trip. Had this been brought to our attention at pickup or earlier in the trip, we would have addressed it immediately.
Great car and a great owner! Will definitely rent again!

The Model X was comfortable and spacious, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. There were several issues with the vehicle, including a cracked rear door window, a rear window button that did not work properly, no windshield washer fluid, and the vehicle was not very clean. I also had difficulty getting a timely response from the host regarding these issues. I hope the vehicle will be better maintained for future guests.
