Car had service brakes notification. Drove well this is the second car rented from this area that’s had a service notification. I have used Turo in different states with no problems just in this area.

I’m not too sure but I assume you’re talking about the last-minute booking that starts 4pm and you requested it to be there at 12pm, and I tried my best to get it there at 3pm.
As for the parking, I sent the lot, level, and number, and the app will have specific directioninstructions to guide you there. It has been the same process for all trips at the airport.
