Easy pick up. Had to return the car to the cell phone lot which was a bit of a walk away to the terminal. Other than that good car and great host.

The host had to swap cars the night before pick up, so we didn’t end up with the car we initially chose. But the car we ended up with was clean and drove great. Pick up was seamless and easy. Overall, the host communicated well throughout the process.
