Car was great pick up and drop off was smooth.

The car drove good, my issue was that the radio didn’t work properly and when I contacted the host they asked for a picture. I sent two pictures and they left me on read.

Hi Drea, the radio and audio system are functioning properly. The volume restriction shown is a MyKey setting. You mentioned that you prefer not to use the A/C and are driving with the windows completely down, which naturally creates significantly more road and wind noise and makes the audio harder to hear. Unfortunately, we do not currently have access to the administrator key required to change the MyKey volume limit.
