One of the easiest experiences I've had. Owner was responsive and detailed in directions. The car was immaculate and exactly as listed. Would highly recommend and will surely use again when in town. A+

Car was clean and pickup went fine. I self-reported a small windshield chip after my first drive of the trip. The host then invoiced me for a full windshield replacement at $885, describing it as the required repair. After I asked for documentation showing replacement was necessary, none was provided, and he ultimately booked a chip repair for $319 instead. The invoice also added new wiper blades, unrelated to the damage — we settled on splitting that cost. Document everything and ask for the actual repair estimate before agreeing to any invoice.

The guest did not pay for the damage, and no longer respond to us. Any chips larger than a quarter requires a replacement. I sent pre and post trip pictures for both windshield and wipers as well.

Great rental overall! The BMW drove well, was clean inside, and pickup/return was easy. My only feedback is that the exterior has more cosmetic wear than the listing photos suggest, including a noticeable dent on the front passenger-side fender and some visible bodywork on the passenger side. It didn’t affect the drive at all, but I think additional photos in the listing would better set expectations. I’d still rent from this host again.
