The check engine light was on when we picked up the car and the team didn’t know about it even though it was in the photos when I checked in and the car was a little dirty/sticky. That tells me they are not verifying these things in between renters. They were responsive when I reached out about is but when you’re renting a BMW X3, I feel the condition at pick up should reflect the level a car like that deserves. Overall fine experience.

The car was great but I was charged an extra 12 dollars for parking when I picked the car up and I notified the owner but didn’t get a reply (4 dollars was refunded for parking on pick up parking total was 16 dollars)
