I never leave reviews but I know how valuable it may be to a business owner as well as customers in the market for a vehicle through Turo. The Jeep was a fun vehicle hands down. There were a few things that were disappointing which was the car pick up situation for me , the Jeep was out with another customer right before my booking which meant it had a quick turnaround…. I received the vehicle late and it smelled like mop water and had old receipts in the console and wasn’t vacuumed so great. In addition , for context I booked almost a month ago and I sent a message asking a general question about the roof/sunroof and no response… all in all I get this is a business and you may be trying to get so many bookings as you may be able to fit in but somewhere along the line someone is going to have a mediocre experience and it happened to be me which is unfortunate because again the vehicle itself was fun. My advice for future renters of this vehicle I would not cut it so close with bookings giving the team the adequate amount time to thoroughly clean the vehicle and have it ready before the next booking even gets there.
