Car smelled terribly of smoke when we picked it up.

The host parked the vehicle in Evans Terminal even though I shared my flight number, which was clearly Delta. Didn't communicate that situation for 30 minutes as I waited for the parking spot. Sooo many minor damage spots interior and exterior that I am not sure I got them all. The Durango smelled like every kind of smoke you can imagine. My message of disappointment on the smell and damage was met with, "what do you expect, you rent with Turo." I have no idea how their rating is so high. I have rated a service or business 1 star three times in my life. I typically only give 5 as I want to express appreciation. This is a warning.
