The vehicle itself was fine, but I was disappointed by an unexpected parking garage fee at pickup. The car was located in a parking garage that resulted in a $41 charge, while only $6 is reimbursed. The host initially indicated they would reimburse the additional cost with a receipt; however, the receipt was unfortunately damaged and unreadable.
Since the host chose the pickup location and knew where the vehicle was parked, I believe the full parking cost should have been disclosed upfront so renters could make an informed decision. Greater transparency regarding pickup-related fees would have made for a much better experience.
That’s bad business as the total cost of this vehicle was not accurately calculated.

Everything went well. He was great at communicating where the car was. Communication was great. On my end I didn’t see the checkout message until very last minute after I parked. Sorry about tha

The car smelled terrible. Someone had smoked before we got it and they didn’t have another car to switch. Gave 3 stars instead of 1 because they at least called to discuss. I had also asked for a different pick up location and they had it somewhere else but agreed to return where I had initially asked. Overall disappointing but we made the best of it.
