Great host! Communication was great. He was flexible when I needed to extend daily. He even waited until my Uber arrived! Would rent with him again.

Overall the rental wasn’t bad. Luis made everything tolerable honestly. He was very kind, accommodating and hospitable. Did not like the cohost Alicia. I felt like she was very rude unnecessarily. Also was not pleased with the Turo customer service. They did not try to accommodate me in any way. If it weren’t for Luis I would literally never use Turo again. He’s the reason this review is even getting 3 stars because I really would prefer to give none. But he was a good host so that must be accounted for. The car was very clean and I didn’t have any problems with it. I do also like that I was able to change the drop off location. That was super helpful. Again, things started off rocky, but ended on a good note.

Luis went above and beyond to not only be responsive, answer all of my questions, but also to accommodate my needs - especially when the first reservation that I had had to be changed due to vehicle damage from a previous guest. Instead of cancelling me, he went out of his way to to find a replacement vehicle at the same price point. The vehicle was great and suited our needs, and we had no issues whatsoever. 10/10 recommend and would use Luis again! Thanks so much!
