Great experience renting the 2025 BMW X5. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly. The host was extremely responsive, courteous, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire rental. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Would definitely rent from this host again!

20 mins late for dropoff and half tank of gas. Lock box for key return was also not setup with a code. Car is really nice though, no issues there.

Thank you for your feedback. I communicated in advance that I was running slightly behind and offered curbside pickup to make things easier for you and your young child. Although the tank wasn’t completely full, it met the platform’s fuel requirements. Because this was a last-minute booking, I prioritized delivering a clean, inspected vehicle on time.
