This SUV drove great, was well-maintained, and made the trip very comfortable. There was a minor issue that came up, but the host handled it promptly and professionally, so it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, the experience was smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to others. She made us feel very comfortable and even included a hand sanitizer bottle which is very much needed on a trip!
