The CX-50 Turbo is a great car, and it seems well maintained.
However, it was delivered to me with about 1/4 of a tank of gas. I messaged them (with a picture) that this was fine, but I expected to be reimbursed for the difference between that and how I eventually returned it (3/4 tank). They acknowledged it was a mistake, but then never followed up after a few requests for follow up / reimbursement.
In addition, the car trim is incorrectly listed. The Turbo Premium model has a HUD and the Premium Plus has a 360 camera and parking sensors. This has neither. I believe this was the Turbo Meridian, which has fewer features but a more rugged look. They claimed they didn’t know, it was automatic via the VIN.
Communication was quick (aside from the fuel issue), but clearly through different intermediaries who couldn’t offer much more than an acknowledgment.
TLDR - great car, poor management.
