The car was exactly what we needed for our road trip and performed perfectly throughout the entire trip. The pickup and drop-off processes were both very smooth and easy. The vehicle was mostly clean overall, though there was a small amount of trash left in the center console when we picked it up — nothing major, and easy enough for us to toss out ourselves.
Kristin was very responsive anytime I reached out with questions during the trip, and communication was great from start to finish.

And there was a package of trash bags for guests to use as well. I see both are gone, so I am assuming that is what you thought was trash.
