Communication was good. Vehicle served it's purpose and the price was fair. It's a 2016 - you aren't getting a luxury car. But we just needed an SUV to haul people and it worked great for that.

The car was good! It was making some noises, but overall was good for the price and what we needed it for. It was clean and pickup was fairly easy. The exterior part of the car had some scratches that you can’t see when booking, but it doesn’t make the car feel any less.
