This was my first time using the app and after reading a few reviews while looking for something to drive comfortably we went with Cole’s Honda CRV. We took a family trip for about a week and the car was perfect. It was great on gas, spacious enough and the car was nice and clean the day we picked it up. Cole was amazing to work with. He messaged me right away and thanked me for the rental and then gave me the run down on how the app works which was very nice of him to do. There were no issues, car was a champ and it was a pleasure using the app and working with Cole. Thanks again!
