The Tiguan is an awesome vehicle. The safety features was a massive welcoming add on. As a new dad with a 7 month, it gave me a sense of security when driving from my orgin to my destination (totaling around maybe 800 miles).

The car was excellent. It was clean and drove very well. However, I relaized I didn't need the car as long as I estimated so I reached out to the host to end the trip and return the car early. The host said yes and agreed in the chat, but the host didn't agree to the in app adjustment. If it wasn't ok to end the trip early I would've been fine with that. I would've appreciated the honesty

This is my first time using Turo the entire process went very well. I had to attend a funeral of close family member. This host made everything smooth.. Will definitely use Turo again.

Another great Turo experience! Excellent customer service, great communication, and the pickup/drop-off process was smooth and convenient from start to finish. Anytime I need a rental in the area, this will definitely be my go-to booking. Highly recommend!
