Vehicle battery died halfway through the trip and I had to find other transportation. The owner blamed me for the dead battery and refused to refund the second half of my rental.

Your review is misleading. I have never experienced this battery issue since I started hosting on Turo. The battery died on day 3 of your 7-day rental. After jump-starting, I restarted the vehicle five times without issues. A professional inspection confirmed the battery was functioning properly with no defects. Your actions appear to have drained the battery, resulting in unnecessary diagnostic expenses, the vehicle being delisted, and significant inconvenience. Blaming the host is unfair.
