James was an outstanding guest from start to finish. Communication was clear, timely, and easy, which made coordinating pickup and drop‑off completely seamless. He treated the car with genuine care,returned it clean, charged it, and in excellent condition. It’s always a pleasure hosting someone who respects the vehicle and the process as much as he did.
