The car stopped on me and this was a inconvenience to me because i had to stop in traffic

The car was clean. It was a problem with pick up, but everything was resolved.
I apologize you had an issue with lock box but it was quickly resolved for you. I dont think it deserves a 3 star because of a minor issue that didn't involve issues with the vehicle itself. You were given a very clean and reliable and fully equipped vehicle.
