Parking ticket was not available when trying to exit the parking garage. Host responded quickly but there was little he could do, since there was no ticket available. Eventually Iwas able to negotiate with the parking officials to exit the garage. Otherwise the car and the service went smoothly

Thanks for the feedback, Dirk. I’m glad the vehicle and our service went smoothly. Unfortunately, the parking ticket issue was caused by the airport parking system/Massport and was completely outside of our control. I responded immediately and did everything I could to assist. We have since updated our parking process to help prevent this issue for future guests.
