Nice smooth ride did what it needed to do no hassle cos I needed extra days it went right through I’ll always rent with them it’s my second trip also I booked a diffrent car but it wasn’t available so he made accommodation for me it was great

Car was clean, but way too much air freshener when I first got the car. Very overwhelming. Service engine light kept coming on through my rental. Didn’t have time to switch cars.

Sir, it’s normal to have a pleasant scent in the car. When you returned the vehicle, it had a very unpleasant odor, so I had to use an air freshener to make it smell clean and fresh for the next guest.
