Vehicle was nice, clean, and rode smoothly. Communication with host was good, pickup and drop-off location fine. However, the radio/display is not original and I found it not user friendly. The backup camera didn't work, and there seems to be a cracked speaker from a previous driver blasting the radio, which didn't make for easy listening on a long drive. Overall, the trip was okay.
Thank you for your feedback. The factory unit did quit about a month ago. I will check on the speakers this weekend, and per your comment, put together an instruction sheet for renters.

The sticker was expired!! And the transmission is slipping!! The owner NEVER responded to any of my matters!! Do not rent this vehicle!! I’m very disappointed and was not able to fully use the he vehicle like I wanted because of the sticker being expired and not up to Texas state regulations .

For all renters, if you don't receive a timely response on the app, I would always encourage you to call/text the host directly or call support. The car was registered online, I am just waiting on a replacement sticker. And I have had reports of transmission issues, but I am having it checked today. I appreciate the business!
