Awesome host and flawless car. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. I rented for 2 weeks to determine if a Tesla could work for me as I live in an apartment. This definitely helped me make a decision.

Host was great. Car was great. Getting the car was easy. Returning the car was extremely difficult. We could not find the peer to peer lot despite driving around the airport for 45 minutes. Finally had to park in terminal garage in order to make our flight, which we did with only a couple minutes to spare. Signage and directions (or, more accurately, the complete lack therof) to the peer to peer lot made it impossible to find in the early morning darkness. Very frustrating, to say the least!
