The vehicle was not in the condition expected based on the listing. It was quite dirty at pickup and showed noticeable hail damage along with multiple dings and scratches. The driving range also did not align with what was advertised (~300 miles). Over a ~350-mile trip across 5 days, I had to spend approximately $75 on charging, requiring multiple stops. Overall, the experience did not match the listing expectations.
Thank you for your feedback. I apologize the vehicle was not as clean as expected. I offered to reimburse the car wash and am still happy to do so if you send the receipt. The vehicle is a 2020 Model Y, so some battery degradation is normal, and range varies based on weather, speed, and driving conditions. The minor hail damage was from a recent storm, and I appreciate you bringing it to my attention.
