Would not recommend! The Benz emblem is missing, although it is not shown on the photos, in/person the part that is raised in the front, it’s very rusty in that spot. There was a puddle of liquid coming from the vehicle, owner kept insisting it was windshield wiper fluid, but it was red. There was a visible nail in the back, driver-side tire. Host wanted me to wait in the blistering heat while he fixed it. Also, that hour would have made me miss my timeframe to reach out to Turo. I did not wait. I really needed this vehicle for the weekend, as I had family in town, and had to hurry and call Turo for a cancellation and refund, (rep was initially stating he did not see the nail in the tire, until I asked for a supervisor). Got my refund/credit, and thankfully I was able to find an incredible, clean, new, last minute vehicle w/ Tasha Auto Group, just in time! Again, would not recommend. I have used Turo several times, this is my first, and hopefully only 1star review!

Hello ma’am, I tried to explain to you that the car is in good condition. I personally drove it for two days before your trip, and it had no issues at all.
I also explained that the liquid you saw was not coming from the car—it was only windshield washer fluid, nothing more.
As for the screw, that’s something completely normal. It’s a car, and small things like that can happen at any time. I told you I could fix it in less than 10 minutes, but you didn’t want that.
The host went above and beyond to provide the vehicle I wanted and was always a text/call away to ensure everything went well.
