I reserved this car for delivery at 9:00 am. At 11:00 am the car still had not been delivered so I reached out to the host. They apologized and said they weren’t notified it was a delivery, but would have the car there in 30 minutes. After they dropped it off they informed me not to worry about filling up the gas before returning it since the car was late. That seemed reasonable so I thanked them and got ready to leave as I was already running late. Upon opening the door the car wreaked of cigarette smoke. I reached out to ask if the car was regularly smoked in and was told no but they had caught guests smoking in the past. The smell of smoke was so strong there is no way it hadn’t recently been smoked in. I asked if the car had been cleaned prior to drop off and was told yes. However, when taking photos for check in there was still trash from Cane’s in the back floorboard. When I mentioned that to the host I received no reply. I was supposed to have the car for 12 days, but after 2 days I had to cancel the rest of my reservation because the smell of smoke was so bad it gave me a headache every time I got in the car. I would not recommend this vehicle.
