Horrible the car was a gas guzzler…. He asked me to get it an oil change soon as I left….. I then had a family emergency… I told him I’m in northern ca an my child was in the hospital an I would need to add on more days …. He said so sorry someone booked it the same day u bring it back like same day a time ,…. So I can’t dive back in no more then 30 hours if that really 40 am he seems to just care about money the car cut off it doesn’t ride go at all ….. anyways so I tell him hey I want be back by 3 he then says ok I’ll move the car around just pay for the extra time …. I was so pissed like sir I asked u to do that already u said u couldn’t…. Bt now u can …. The crazy part is he was upset only about money not understanding that if I booked the 15th I have until 6 am to bring the car back…. Didn’t have a full tank of gas not even half way full it was ridiculous

Guys be careful with this customer will book your car and the last day of booking takes it over 3k miles to CA. Also lied said she was there when the car was still in TX had another booking and I had to swap my customer cars because she was returning late I have messages showing how much I told sorry for what she was going thru and made moves to have her have more time since I’m an experience host I cough all her lies and deception moves be very careful even when you help she will put bad review
Everything was great car was great no problems clean car got dropped off at my location everything went very smooth will be using again🫶
