Pick up and drop of was easy the host was quick to respond but I was not satisfied with the vehicle. The ac was going in and out and the vehicle sounded like there was something mechanically wrong. Returned it but did customer service with Turo was not easy.

Car was wonderful. Drove smooth and nice interior. Didn’t need the host much but they checked on me throughout the trip to make sure everything was going good. Will be renting from them again.
