I was very appreciative of having my pick-up location change easily acceptable by Donald. Car was clean, host is very nice.

I was charged for adding $12.00 worth of gas, but then an additional $10 convenience fee was applied, which I find excessive. Previously, when the vehicle needed coolant, I handled it myself and was only reimbursed for the exact amount without any added fees.
While I understand the $12 for gas, the extra $10 charge feels unfair—especially since the only alternative offered was to swap out the vehicle. This was a monthly rental, and where I live, vehicles must be registered, so having a reliable car without extra issues is important. Convenience should go both ways.
Because of this experience, this is my rating.
All you have to do to avoid the fees is leave the car filled up where you got it.
Vehicle registration is valid until the end of the month on the sticker. So 4/2026 isn’t expired until 4/30/2026.
If you’re going to leave a review, at least make sure it’s honest.
It also helps the hosts to be more forgiving when you don’t leave scratches, bumper damage, marijuana smoking and ash in the vehicle. All we ask is that you take care of our vehicles because how you treat the vehicle affects others
