In the description it says there is Bluetooth and a back up camera. There was not a camera and the Bluetooth would randomly disconnect and not reconnect until turning the car off and on. The windshield wipers needed replaced and there was not any wiper fluid. The passenger side mirror would not turn inwards only up and down. I messaged about a partial refund (only partial because I did have to drive the car). We messaged back and forth before they finally told me they were sending a discount. I went over miles and offered to call it even, extra miles for the discount. They said they could not do that and sent me an invoice for the $30 overage. I have yet to receive any discount or refund.
