as a first time turo user this specific experience was beyond comfortable . i do recommend. the car drove effortlessly for being a 2017 escape . i loved it communication was also the best!

Dog hair was inside the 2017 ford escape when i booked. They said they had it deep cleaned but my kids and lady was breaking out soon as they hopped in the car. They thought i wanted a free trip by letting them know this information but i just wanted a different vehicle and wasnt going to give them a bad review. I rented from them before and the last car was actually great. This time they tried to argue with me about what i saw in a car they gave me. Idk if they dogs had ticks or flees but something kept biting us in the car to the point we couldnt drive the car that long. I asked them for a swap they kept writing me back extra late so i just left the car sitting outside and waited to return it. They was rude this go around and i would say inspect the car before you hop in it cause they will lie and say they had it deep cleaned. They say I didnt have the inside pics in the pre trip well because i was standing in the sun 5-10 mins waiting for my id to go through by the time i sat in the car i was ready to leave. My mistake was trusting the car would be fine just because i rented from them before.
