Amazing experience from start to finish! The vehicle was extremely clean, drove perfectly, and was exactly as described. The host was very responsive, kind, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated all the extra touches in the vehicle as well. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving people a great experience. I had an amazing time with the Tiguan and it made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Pickup and drop-off were both super simple, communication was excellent throughout the entire trip, and the vehicle was reliable the whole time with no issues at all. If I ever need to rent another vehicle again, I will absolutely be renting from her again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great host and a dependable vehicle!
