Pick up time was 11, after looking for the vehicle for about 10 mins I finally decider to message the host. He said he was putting gas in it and would be back asap, luckily we were not in a rush. The dash immediately started showing a warning that it needed a oil change, so I contacted the host about it. He said it was fine and that it had just had one but the oil change sticker said otherwise. We didnt notice until we got the car home that the plates had a sticker that expired in april of 2026. As soon as my daughter sat in the 3rd row she found old hot cheetos wedged between the seat and the panel. We unfortunately got stuck in a storm on the way back, and immediately the car started sliding and shaking. We were unable to drive over 50mph without feeling unsafe, even after putting the car in the recommended mode. We refilled the gas and dropped it off unhappy and before our scheduled time.

Host was wonderful. Car was great ran great. Host was wonderful with communicating when I had a question. Responded back very quickly. My only complaint would be that car wasn’t vacuumed which wasn’t even a big deal at all. 10 out of 10 would recommend definitely will rent again !!!
