This was my first experience with Turo, and the host was wonderful! Our car was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted. Our host Johnny went the extra mile and was extremely professional and his communication was excellent. When I inadvertently selected a pick up location that would result in additional parking fees. He called me to offer other arrangements that would save me money. The pick up process was the best/easiest rental car pick up I have ever had. The prices were very fair and reasonable. The drop off process was just as easy as pick up and anytime I had a question or concern, I simply dialed our host's phone number and was able to speak with them right away with clear communication, helpful information, and professionalism. If you are thinking about renting a car on Turo, I would highly recommend using this host- You won't be disappointed. Thanks Johnny for helping make our summer vacation road trip, a huge success!
