Perfect car for a small family vacation! Lots of trunk space!

Not extremely helpful when flight was delayed and had to pick up car at 10:00 PM instead of the earlier booked time, wouldn’t approve a change or offer any help. Ended up being out an additional $24 for parking. Additionally wasn’t helpful when trying to change drop off time earlier as we arrived a bit earlier then our drop off.

Made multiple last minute changes and blamed me for airline issues I have no control over and airport parking I have no control over. I didn’t have anyone working last minute Friday evening at 10pm. Do my best to accommodate but Avery was consistently not happy. Would not recommend renting to her.

Planning a trip can be stressful, especially if something doesn’t work out last minute. The car was dropped early so I knew it was ready to go. Communicating with Brandon and Devin was easy and helpful. The option to have beach chairs, etc was really thoughtful. Excellent experience!
