So sorry Vontavious! I know this was a huge inconvenience for you guys and rest assured this is not the norm. Out of hundreds of trips, this is the first one we’ve actually had breakdown while being rented. We keep our cars well maintained to avoid any hassles like this, this was just one of those flukes. We did find out there was an oil leak around the filter which caused the engine to seize so we are currently replacing the engine. If you rent from us again I’ll give you 50% off on next trip.
