Klaus was beyond unresponsive. I requested the car to be picked up and dropped off at the airport, which he “could not” accommodate. When trying to communicate with him it was nonexistent. The car is located 25 minutes from the airport and a $65 Uber. Will never rent from this individual again.
I offered Justin pickup/return from/to the airport and left my cell phone number for instant communication before he even took possession of my vehicle
He declined my offer and took Uber instead. My communication with Justin was not a problem, but I can understand his frust of being "uber" - charched by Uber, which is a poor excuse for his negative review. If the would have accepted my original offer he would have avoided the prohibitive Uber charge, which would have made him a content guest.
