I wish there was a way to contact host about the car pre-rental as I had questions about how to open the jeep sides and sunroof. Good ole Google helped. We only opened the sun roof part which was a easy flip back and fourth. We never ended up taking off more. It was clean. Drove well. Pictures as shown. Thankfully no gross smelling air fresheners Found easy upon arrival. Quick walk. Returned to RSW long term parking on way back. I should have asked ahead of time as I expected short term, however, it was super slick and fast and host was quick to answer questions. Would recommend and would rent again.

Thank you for your detailed information. We had a video attached within the listing to show how easy the removal of the other windows were. We are greatful you gave us the feedback. We will see if we can implement and proactively send message with these concerns to avoid any slow downs or comfort once someone arrives to the Jeep and wants to take the top down. Sometimes if the parking lot is full at time of delivery it goes to long term parking, construction at airport has affected parking.
