I never picked the vehicle up. I messaged the host explaining. I've never used Turo before, when I woke up I had texts saying the vehicle was over due for drop off and I was being charged extra for late drop off.
Hi Laura. We were communicating with you back and forth in the app, and prior to your trip we reached out again trying to confirm your plans, and let you know your trip was still showing active. The trip was never cancelled, so we needed to provide the vehicle as booked. The messages you’re referring to did not come from me as a host, but were automated from Turo.
No smoking allowed
