Great experience, as a first time Turo user. Communication was great. The Jeep was delivered on time. We had a coolant issue during the trip. They sourced a repair part quickly and had it installed in no time, on a Friday afternoon.

Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re so happy your first Turo experience was a great one and that communication and delivery went smoothly. We’re sorry the Jeep had a coolant issue during your trip, but we’re glad we could jump into action, track down the repair part, and get you back on the road quickly—even on a Friday afternoon! 🚙🔧 We truly appreciate your understanding and kind words, and we hope to welcome you back for another fun and worry-free adventure soon!
