Worst rental experience of my life! Had a problem with vehicle with within first 10 minutes! Customer service was pretty much non existent! They never took care of the problem and when I was offered a fix they expected me to drive all the way back to the airport and take away time from my family on vacation in order to get another vehicle instead of them coming to me!!!!! I was so frustrated I just said screw it I'll just keep thee vehicle I have and deal with the issue and just leave a bad reviews and give low rating!!!!!!! I would never recommend Luxe not even to my worst enemy!!!!!!
