Hi Lauren, thanks again for booking with me. I really do appreciate it. I’m sorry for the problem. Unfortunately, the vehicle had a alternator that failed without symptom. I did my best to communicate with you during the issue and I reached out you after to see how to best make up for it. You told me that you were working and I didn’t hear back. The alternator was replaced and the vehicle is running normally again.
