We love the Audi Q7 that we rented.
Pickup was easier and faster than any car rental company I have ever used.
The car was not a “fleet stripper “ like national chains.
We own 3 Porsche’s at home and will consider an Audi when we buy our next car.

Host was wonderful and had great communication! He was quick to respond which was appreciated!
The actual car had a few problems and alerts that were annoying to deal with. Sensors kept alerting about the engine, engine light went on and off various days, and the gas tank door didn’t open on the day of return.
Additionally, there were 4 air fresheners in the car when we picked it up - the smell was overwhelming and unbearable. The first 2 days we had to drive with the windows fully down.
Overall, great trip, great host, just a few annoying details. Thanks!
While we appreciate your feedback. Fortunately we were able to document that none of the concerns you raised was happening. Everything was great with the car, NO lights ON in the panel, gas door works, regardless of the many times we offered to meet you so we can help, it was denied. Turo verified by video sent the excellent condition the car is inside and out after having our team sanitize and do a deep clean on the car as it was unrecognizable when we got it back. Have a wonderful day.
