Car was clean, operational, and functional. Car is in New Rochelle not the location on the app, this was outlined clearly in message.
Car does NOT have FSD. Host was non responsive to adding it, despite being generally responsive otherwise. I don’t think it was lack of will but host not responsive to this FSD request, in their defense it’s take it as is I do feel I was misled or misinformed and this should be more clearly defined. I’ve never rented a Tesla on Turo of this same year without it, a professional or skill host would distinguish this. This is not a difficult add on if the person was the owner, it is clear they are not but a business facilitator or unwilling to make the add on possible. Check in required a pin for the vehicle I did not have, and had to reach out for despite the key. Having a Tesla and having used many this was not seamless. Seems like a well oiled business, but not one with professional sophistication. I’ve rented on Turo a number of times, but I would rethink from renting again based on this experience. It’s a pass. No hard feelings, but a lot like staying in a 3.8 Airbnb, it did the job but you can do without.

Thank you for the feedback. I’m glad you found the vehicle clean, operational, and functional. I do want to clarify that FSD was not advertised or included anywhere in the listing. I understand the disappointment based on your previous Tesla rentals, but I did not intentionally mislead you. I also could not simply add FSD or accept payment for it outside of Turo’s guidelines. I appreciate the feedback and will make the listing and check-in instructions even clearer.
Everything was perfect. Pickup was easy, drop off was straightforward, car was great. Highly recommend!
