This experience was awesome! Jin was professional and was prompt in responding to my questions. The pickup was easy, the car was clean, and it drove very smoothly. The shock absorbers worked wonderfully. It was very responsive and handled well. I will definitely rent this vehicle again! Thanks Jin.

The car drove nice. Everything inside the car worked great! Clean. The rental was for prom, but the show stopper for sure were the loud breaks. Agreement states no smoking, car smells like stale cigarettes. Didn’t have any other issues.
Will I rent again? Not for a special event.
Hi Lauren, as per our conversation the brakes were replaced with sport brakes which do tend to squeak at times. Also the smoke smell is from previous renters. We have run the oxidation machine to help remove the smell. We cannot control what other guests do in our vehicles. Thanks

The truck was very well kept ! Maintained and very easy going , started off with a 1 day rental and turned into a 3 or 4 day rental . Will definitely rent again .
