Kept accusing me of things I wasn’t doing. Wasn’t really understanding wasn’t really helpful. I lied about a car being cleaned a lot about car not being damaged. They were minor inconveniences with the car. Also, switch my car last minute. I was supposed to get a Mercedes-Benz.

Called the guest to swap to the Range Rover because the CLS was not returning on time for their trip and the number on the account was to their son. Son gave me a call to ask what fuel to use at 12:50AM, since it was strange when I called the number back the voicemail was her son's voice. When I called again, the son answered again and had an excuse as to why the mother was unavailable to answer as to why he was answering the calls and not Rafaela. Pure retaliation...do not host for this guest..
