Everything was beyond exceptional. Our host was so nice and went above and beyond to accommodate me. The vehicle originally was set for a pickup about 30-50 minutes from where I live, however, the vehicle was delivered to my home instead! It was also then picked up from the same spot. That is in my opinion, above and beyond service. The host was quick to respond any of my questions and was always in touch with any updates. This made our experience so smooth and stress free. To sum it up, the experience was phenomenal and would trust this vehicle/company for any rental needs. Not just the Escalade, but for any vehicle in their fleet!

Host was great when a vehicle I rented was unavailable. Immediately gave an acceptable swap and was quick to handle with Turo directly. Car is in excellent condition, well detailed and taken care of. They go above and beyond and I will be renting again!
