usualy brothers cars are not cancel any ride but this guest returned the previous car with very strong week scent then she booked our luxury car the mercedes and we sent her mesage before the cancelation and we told her we don't accet any kind of smoke because other guest will complain and the smoke scent ast for a ong time inside the car and it takes a lot of work to get rid of it and she ignored us so we were afriad to give her the mercedes.
