The car was Amazing I kept extending and the host was Wonderful about letting me extend she has great communication and response fast I had Absolutely no issues with the car it ran smoothly Ac blew cold and overall a great experience I definitely recommend booking with her and I definitely will book again thank you for letting me rent your vehicle

The car had no air conditioning and the driver side headlight is out!!!!

Driver rented car with prior knowledge of mechanical issues. Driver harassed me during my reservation to pay them more money. A driver, then proceeded to harass me about the vehicle, being required to be towed by Turo due to recall and it being unsafe to drive. Driver tried to get me to commit insurance fraud because the vehicle is currently uninsured. She does not have a personal insurance policy for the vehicle which is against two roles platform policy so is her conduct towards me as a renter.

The vehicle had no known mechanical issues before the trip, was properly maintained, and was covered according to applicable requirements and Turo’s protection process.
The recall was a manufacturer issue that became relevant during the trip and was handled accordingly. I made efforts to communicate professionally and resolve the matter.
